Help! What should I pack!?

The climate in Italy is warm and humid. The location of Hotel Villa Miralisa on the slopes of Sorgeto can be a little cooler and invites pleasant afternoon breezes. Laundry service can be arranged at village of Forio if required.
Suggested packing:
2-4 outfits for yoga, bathers x 2, hat, comfortable clothing for dinner/evenings, sneakers, sandals, light jumper, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, day pack for adventures, sunglasses, book and some small notes in local currency for snacks, extra activities and taxis.

What about spending money?

Please note, there are no ATMs in the Hotel, but there are some at close by village of Panza, so you may wish to have some Euro currency with you to pay for local transport, tips, items at the village shop, massages etc. Any extra costs incurred at the retreat (drinks, alcohol, extra food or additional excursions) can be paid for by credit or debit card on site. Half board meals and course activities are already included in the retreat cost.

You are responsible for your own airport/train/boat transfer costs until you reach Ischia Forio port.

I'm tired! Do I have to do it all?

This is your retreat, we hope for you to get everything out of it that you hoped and more! We have scheduled plenty of free time so that you can rest, swim or explore.
